The
Congolese National Council (C.N.C)
presents its compliments to the "Friends of Congo", the
European Union, the International Financial Institutions, the United
Nations Organization, the Organization of African Unity and has the
honor of addressing to them, in annex, its political Declaration which
represents the deep anxieties of the Congolese People in regard to the
Lusaka Peace Accord.
In
this way, the Council solicits the Friends of Congo, the European
Union, the International Financial Institutions, the United Nations
Organization, the Organization of Africa Unity to release the
situation of the Facilitator in view to initiate his job without
delay.
The
Congolese National Council,
wishes that this message is well received and seizes this occasion to
give the Friends of Congo, the European Union, the International
Financial Institutions, the United Nations Organization, the
Organization of Africa Unity) the assurance of its highest respect.
