Is Democracy in Congo a threat to Rwanda?

It's becoming more and more evident that one of the reasons of this war is an attempt by the extremist Tutsi governements of Rwanda and Uganda to stop the democratization process in the Congo. And it's therefore not a surprise that Rwanda and Uganda decided
to start this war just before the start of the Constitutional Assembly in the Congo.

According to Dr. Craig F. Smith, director of the Center for the Study of Political Trends," the extremist governements of Rwanda and Uganda are terribly concerned by the domino effect a democratic Congo will generate in the Great Lakes region. And Kabila clearly
understands that establishing democracy in the Congo is in fact the only way to free the Congo from the grip of the Tutsi regimes who have de facto colonized the Congo since May 17, 1997."

Democracy in the Congo will expose ethnic dictatorships that are destabilizing Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi , and creating security problems for these countries.

The RCD is nothing but a tool put together by Rwanda and Uganda to continue the colonization of Congo by imposing an ethnic Tutsi dictatorship, the same power structure currently in place in Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. As such, the RCD will never establish
Democracy in the Congo. In addition, this group is composed of mobutists who not only plundered the Congo for 32 years but blocked the democratisation process from 1990 to 1997.
