Sir,
Your expose on Kabila is stomach churning. To think that a man like the one you describe
is a leader of Congo is disheartning. But, wait! You, sir, and your allies engineered the
installation of this same man as head of Congo!
What a shame!
My question is: what are you and Rwanda, etc... cooking for us this time around?
Everything you write as justification for your war, was already written, almost verbatim,
to justify the advent of Kabila to power.
So, who wants to get rich this time at the expense of Congolese?
You and your friends have said that Kabila came to power either by accident or that the
ADFL was not prepared for the replacement of Mobutu & Cie.
Now, your war is several months old. Who do you have in mind will bring happiness and
prosperity to Congo? Or are you waiting for Kagame to pick a well groomed new leader for
the Congolese as, by his own admission, he has a propensity for doing?
As you can see, sir, your war reminds us too much of the previous one (a year ago). That
was when you promised the world to us. Now you are saying it was a mistake. What makes you
think you got it right this time?
Another thing. What ever is going on between the ADFL and the RCD, try not to drag Patrice
E. Lumumba's name in your mud. I have not seen or heard of any leader worthy of Lumumba
from any political parties currently in Congo or in exile.
So, before you criticize the old MNC Lumumba, show us a clean house in your movement. So
far, Kagame runs the show. And we now know his routine. Too bad!
