Dear African Brother, You are right, Africa will not be able to care for its children as long as dictators and warmongers will lead most of its countries. All the money is being spent on arms while misery is taking control of people's life in Africa! They have to choose between changing their approach to embrace RECONCILIATION and instauration of a STATE OF LAW that will protect human resources, democratization process and Human Rights. Let's give them the chance to try that through the RD-Congo crisis. I have only one remark to make: on your list of Dictators and Warmongers, two are missing: President Museveni and Vice-President Kagame, beside Mzee Kabila, President Dos Santos, Rebel Leader Savimbi, President Mugabe and President Nujoma.
