May we be permitted to contest the joint government decision, of viz, Messrs . Désiré Kabila and Dénis Sassou Ngouesso (Congo-Brazzaville), to dig up the mortal remains of the late President of C.R.L. and ., Army General, Nicolas Ph. Olenga from the Congo-Brazzaville cemetery for re-burial at Kinshasa. The decision was made without
seeking the consent of the family members least of all the support of the members of his Political Party. As everyone is aware, his political party is banned in the country.

We wish to remind you of certain events; it was due to the intervention of the Secretary General of the United Nations, M. Xavier Perrés de Cuellar, and pressure from the international opinion that the body of the late President of C.R.L. was buried in a disconcerting manner in the town-center cemetery, Brazzaville town, the then "Republique
Populaire du Congo", The burial took place two weeks after he had been declared dead at the General Hospital of that town without a word of condolences from his host at the last hour!

The immediate re-location of all the Olenga family members in Canada was a reaction by the International Community after considering the family`s insecurity orchestrated by the Congo (Brazzaville) authorities.

Since this family was found in overt conflict with the governors, the latter insisted on having some documents signed; on one hand, by Joseph Désiré MOBUTU and his associates, and on the other hand, by the late General Olenga whose signature was yet to be obtained in order to finalize the swindling of C.R.L.'s possessions; once the latter was assassinated, the Congo (Brazzaville) Government anticipated in getting hold of his testament and proofs of their conspiration......, at all cost.

This machination was organised by a certain Mr. Hoffman 43 , a representative of the Bern and Zurich Banks together with the following:- Joseph - Désiré Mobutu, Christophe Gbenye, Sumaidi Gaston alias Soumialot for the Zairean party and Mrs. Denis Dassou Ngouesso, Pierre Nzé, Ngouelondele Mongo Emmanuel, represented by Mrs. Ekamba Elombe and Michel Gangouo for the Congo Party.

Those conspirators deliberately harassed the late General Nicolas Ph. Olenga by obliging him to sign them a Power of Attorney which would allow them to set up a supposedly fictitious association to be called "Foundation Lumumba".
The said association was to be ran and managed by those aforesaid conspirators as shareholders.

Funds resulting from the deposit effected by the late General Nicolas Ph. Olenga at the Sudan Central Bank in 1965 involved tons of gold and several accessories evaluated at several billions of U.S. dollars which the Sudan Central Bank transferred to the Swiss Bank.

Those possessions were obtained with much bloodshed of the Congolese combatants during the resistance (in the years 1960s) when black slaves of the Basin known as the Congo rose up against the black class who had taken over the role of the white colonists to cage the blacks where they will be looked at sometimes with voluntary compassion
and sometimes with joy and pleasure ( Patrice Emery Lumumba) in order to perpetuate black slavery and to ensure their extermination.

His categorical refusal to participate in the embezzlement of funds of his political party with those who massacred his people led to his assassination on the 13th of August, 1986.

It was not surprising when the Congo Government opposed outright to the autopsy demanded by his family in order to determine the cause of such sudden death which occurred following an abortive attempted kidnapping (....confirmed) after a working dinner at the residence of the Congo president - Denis Sassou Ngouesso (Olenga's narration a few instances before his wife found him inert).

The said autopsy was not authorised until two weeks later as a result of national and international pressures. Finally, the Congo government decided to confiscate the victim`s brain in order to prevaricate the medical analysis. Today, we still wonder what they could have done with Olenga's brain.

For those who have read the book entitled "The year where we were nowhere" written by Ernesto Ché Guevera can understand clearly what kind of a monster the foreign countries imposed on the daughters and sons of Congo (Zaire) who have already been disinherited by arbitrary and deliberate extermination.

Mr. Laurent-Désiré Kabilla was one of the General Secretaries of CRL in the East Section (and C.N.L./in the west was conducted by the Commander Pierre Mulele), whih was conducted by the Army General Nicolas Ph. Olenga, where he (L.D. Kabila) was distinguished for his performance against the resistance of the Congolese people. In
1964 Kabilla had already provoked tribal hatred in the Peoples Liberation Army rank.

Just a memorandum of a few incidents regarding the matter; at the time of fighting operation in Kalemie in May 1964, Kabila objected to anyone else in conducting the operation other than himself on the ground that it was his native region. Faced with this regional pretext, and to avoid a fissure within the Peoples Army , the late Army
General Olenga, the then Commander was constraint to confide the operation to Désiré Kabila , he who had never been in the military before, with 4500 combatants and two commandants, Idelphonse Massengo and Kabulo (Archives- resistance of 1963 - 1966 CNL/CRL) .

He had all his combatants together with Colonel Kabulo massacred by the National Congolese Army troops conducted by Sendwe, Kabila's "political godfather". This took place on the 29th of May 1964 at Kalémie (Albertville) in a dubious ambush where only he Kabila escaped in a mysterious way.

Furthermore, Kabila was in collusion with Gbenye, Soumialot, Kemishanga Mathias, in the assassination of Patriot Kama Sylvain and his delegation who arrived from Brazzaville after carrying out an investigation in respect of Gbenye and his associates who were suspected of coming to Kisangani on a Belgium mission to sabotage the fight of the Congolese people.

Désiré Kabila also assassinated Thomas Mukiwili and Bocheley Davidson who came to rejoin the East Front to help overcome the crisis and the panic caused by a flash speed reconquest of the OTAN troops (Organisation of the North Atlantic Treaty) which allowed the Congo National Army of The President Kasavubu and of Colonel Désiré
MOBUTU to make big progress.

The death of Lubangi remains unexplained until to this day. He was sent with a special message from General Olenga as a liaison officer; he disappeared without trace after a meeting with Désiré Kabila.

As you are aware, on the 5th of June 1965 during the Assizes of the Extraordinary Congress of CNL at Yei, South Sudan, Mr. Kabila and his peers were found guilty for high treason and crimes committed against the nation. It was at this congress that C.N.L. was re-named CRL/Lumumbiste Party, abbreviated CRL. A Peoples' Tribunal had
condemned them to death for having been found guilty beyond all doubt for the following motives:

1. Pre-meditated murder of civilians and fellow revolutionaries;

2. Embezzlement of Public Funds and other assets for personal use;

3. Treason - informing enemies of the strategic locations and activities of the Peoples Liberation Army;

4. Having provoked tribal hatred, encouraged rape and committed war crimes;

5. Having executed some peaceable citizens with the aim of taking over their wives and possessions.

Everybody knows that Désiré Kabila is a silent partner in the assassination of the valiant combatant for liberty , Major General André Kissasse Ngandu (the young brother of the late Nicolas Olenga and member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of CRL) on the 6th of January, 1997. It was that individual who had organised the struggle to drive away the Dictator Mobuto before Désiré Kabila showed up.

It is to be noted that the CRL/PL is naming Laurent Désiré Kabila as one of the principal artisans in the genocide of Hutus women and children in the Congo territories.

How can we imagine that the same assassin of fellow revolutionaries, Désiré Kabila, and Dénis Sassou Ngouesso, would take the decision to repatriate the mortal remains of their sworn enemy against the wishes of his widow, family members, and members of the CRL/PL; if it is not to cover up for the assassination of Major General André Kissasse Ngandu !

Kabila uses the same ignorance politically when he declared "having forgiven the assassins of Patrice Emery Lumumba" without consulting the Lumumbiste's opinion.

How could it be possible for them to repatriate the remains of the late Army General Nicolas Ph. Olenga when eversince the anti-Lumumbiste regime and the irresponsible Kabila and his masters came into power, none of the Olenga and Kissasse family members made a coming back to the country because of their frustration regarding
Kabila's loyalty to the enemies of the Congolese people with the exception of a few embittered ones who think that this criminal of war can be reformed without having treatment!

Therefore, it is not astonishing to note that Kabila is continuing to steal from the country and terrorize the people in the same manner that his natural allied Mobutu Sese Seko did; if he came to to the rescue of the latter, there is only one simple explanation - the common masters of Désiré Mobutu and Désiré Kabila have realised that it would only be acceptable to replace the first by the last so that the new world order is not compromised.

We, members of the CRL insist that the remains of Brother Nicolas Ph. Olenga rest in peace in the land of his ancestors without prejudice.

We sincerely believe that the nations' liberty and justice, and the United Nations could reason Messrs. Désiré Kabila and Dénis Nguesso and make them respect the last resting place of our compatriot, brother, father, spouse as the case may be.

We look forward to your understanding and co-operation.

We remain.

Yours faithfully, .

Fait à Vancouver ce 6-Juin-98.
