Mr.Marek, You have accepted to be the Brussels Group propagandist on the internet. Whether you are paid or not to do so, you have to realize that you are liable for the content of your website and its consequences. You are fully aware of your associates from the Brussels Group past damning records in Congo as mercenaries, torturer and mining contract hustlers. Your associates horrendous past record speak for itself. You know and you have been informed of their real motives to bring down the Kinshasa government.It appears beyond reasonable doubt that your associates goal is not the event of democracy in Congo as you reported at NCN, but their own personal gain. Therefore you are knowingly spreading their deceptive and harmful message on the Internet in order to help the Brussels Group awful scam succeed.  Mr. Marek , it is clear that you, your website sponsors and Mr. Bigras are liable for all the damages that have been and will be caused by the Brussels Group activities heralded and encouraged by your website. As the Group of Brussels activities progress, we will witness unnecessary death, desolation, civil war, possibly genocide in Congo in connection to your false propaganda at NCN. For now your activities have put lives of Congolese - Americans families and Congolese in general at risk. I assure you that you will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the United States Law, before the United States courts of law, for knowingly causing harm to your fellow citizen and their families and other Congolese in general. Although the internet is a relatively new medium, you are not beyond prosecution reach because your activity is causing harm to American citizen and happening on American soil. This may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. For the sake of our families and all the Congolese, we urge you to stop your damaging activity for the Brussels Group. If you have a family , you may understand our anxiety to prevent a civil war from happening in Congo. Mr. Marek, you are a retired Army officer so we do not want to trouble your retirement but you have to abide the law and respect your fellow citizen lives, please govern yourself accordingly.
